Questions people actually ask

How do I stake STRK with Atlas?

Connect Ready, Braavos, MetaMask with the Starknet Snap, Keplr or OKX Wallet, then enter an amount and approve once. That one approval covers the transfer and the delegation to the Atlas pool. Rewards start from the next epoch. Keep a little STRK for gas.

Is staking STRK with Atlas noncustodial?

Yes. Your STRK sits in a delegation pool on Starknet's staking contract, and only your account can exit or claim. Atlas runs the validator and never holds your keys.

How long does it take to unstake STRK?

Unstaking starts an exit window of 7 days, and your STRK earns nothing in that window. When it ends you withdraw the STRK back to your wallet from this page.

How are STRK staking rewards paid?

Rewards accrue in STRK and you can claim them on this page any time. Claimed STRK lands in your wallet, and you can stake it again to compound.

What does Atlas charge to stake STRK?

Atlas takes a commission from rewards only. This page reads it live from the staking contract and shows your rate after it. The rate itself comes from the on chain minting curve and changes every epoch.

Can I use a Ledger to stake STRK?

Yes. A Ledger works through Ready and Braavos, and approves every transaction on the device.

Can I stake bitcoin on Starknet with Atlas?

Yes. Atlas runs pools for WBTC, tBTC and SolvBTC on Starknet, and they earn STRK. Switch to Bitcoin at the top of this page to see them.

What are the risks of staking STRK?

STRK can lose market value, the rate changes every epoch, and your tokens are locked during the exit window. Staking runs through smart contracts, which can carry bugs. Rewards are never guaranteed.
